论染料喷雾造粒技术
摘要 染料喷雾造粒是染料商品化加工的主要过程，喷雾造粒是染料在被干燥的同时雾化成微小的颗粒，染料的这种颗粒剂型有良好的应用性能。通过大量的工业化试验，总结出原染料性能与喷雾干燥器之间的相互关系和操作条件对产品质量的影响。染料是热敏性物料，在不破坏产品质量的前提下获得较大的颗粒和较窄的粒度分布是染料喷雾造粒的技术关键。试验中对这一课题进行了较深入的探讨，总结出各种因素的相互关系。理化性质不同的染料在同一个设备及相同干燥条件下可以得到不同的结果，试验结果表明，只有根据具体物料的物性有针对性的进行设计才能发挥设备的最大能力，也只有这样才能得到高质量的产品。关键词：染料 助剂 加工工艺 喷雾干燥器 喷雾造粒 Discussion of spray granulating technology for dyesLiu Guang Wen(Shen Yang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, P.R. china)Abstract The Spray granulation for dyes is the main process of commercial treatment. Spray granulating means that the dyes are fogged to micro-granulars while dried. This type of granulated form of dyes gets good application performances. This paper gave the relation between properties of dyes and spray driers and the effect of operation parameters on the quality of dyes by a great number of tests. Dyes are always thermosensitive materials and the key technology of dyes spray granulating is to get bigger granulars and more narrow distribution of granularities on the precondition of good quality. This problem is deeply discussed and the relations of all parameters are sumed up in tests. The different industrial products of dyes can be obtained from the dyes with different physical and chemical properties in the same driers and the sane drying condifions. Tests result shows that biggest production abilities of driers can be obtained and the best quality dyes can be got only in accordance with dries designs on the base of dyes physical and chemical properties.Key words: dyes auxiliaries commercial treatment spray drier spray granulating
