钳工安全操作规程
The Safety Operation Regulations for Fitters
1、在钳工工作台上工作：To Work on Fitter’s Benchs
（1）工件必须牢固地装夹在虎钳上，装夹小工件时须防止钳口夹伤手指。
The work-piece must be clamped tightly in jaw vice. Be careful and do not hurt fingers when fixing small work-pieces.
（2）松紧虎钳时，须防止工件跌落伤物、伤人。
Avoid falling of work-pieces to hit objects or people while loosing jaw vice.
（3）不得用手挖剔锉刀齿里的切屑，也不得用嘴去吹，应该用专用的刷子剔除。
Don’t dig and pick out scraps in file tine by hand, and don’t blow them off with your mouth either. Use special brush to clear the file.
（4）锤击凿子时，视线应该集中凿切的地方。凿切工件最后部分时锤击要轻，并注意断片飞出的方向，以免伤人。
Concentrate on the place where the chisel cuts while hammering. Chisel gently the last part of the (chiseling) work-piece and watch out the spattering direction of the fragment to avoid injuring people.
（5）使用手锯时，不可用力重压或扭转锯条，工件将断时，应轻轻锯割。
Don’t press the handsaw excessively or twist the saw blade. Saw it gently while the work-piece is breaking.
（6）铰孔或攻丝时，不要用力过猛，以免折断铰刀或丝锥。
Do not overexert when reaming holes or threading, lest breaking off the reamer or the screw tap.
（7）禁止用一种工具代替其他工具使用，如用扳手代替手锤；用钢尺代替螺丝起子；用管子接长扳手的柄；用划针代替样冲打眼等。
It is forbidden to use one kind of tool replacing other tools, such as, to use the wrench replacing the hand hammer, to use the steel ruler replacing the screw driver, to use the pipe (connecting the long) lengthening wrench handle, or to use scratch awl replacing template punch to hole, and so on.
（8）锉削时，工件的表面应高于钳口面，不得用钳口面作基准面来加工平面，以免锉刀的磨损和台虎钳的损坏。
The work-piece surface should be higher than the pliers face when filing. Do not use the pliers face as reference plane to process the plane, lest the abrasion of the rasper or damage of the bench vice.
2、在砂轮机上工作：To Work on Rotary Sanders
（1）使用砂轮机修磨工具时，须先征得实习指导教师的同意。
Get teacher’s permission before repairing the tools with rotary sander.
（2）工作前应先检查砂轮机的罩壳和托架是否稳固，砂轮有否裂缝，不准在没罩壳和托架的砂轮机上工作，砂轮和托架间的间隙不得大于2公分。
Before working, inspect whether the encloser and the bracket of the rotary sander are stable, whether the wheel has the crack. It is not allowed to work on the rotary sander that has no encloser and bracket. The gap between the wheel and the bracket should not exceed 2 centimeters.
（3）刀具在砂轮上不能压得太重，以防砂轮破裂飞出。
The cutting tool should not be pressed too heavily on the grinding wheel to guard against the burst of the wheel.
3、在钻床上工作：To Work on Drilling Machines
（1）未经实习指导教师同意不得任意变更钻床速度，调整速度时，必须先停车然后再用手小心移动皮带或变速箱的手柄。正在调试的钻床不得开动。
It is forbidden to shift the drilling machine speed at will without teacher’s agreement. When it is needed to adjust speed, stop the machine first and then carefully (to) move the strap or the gearbox handle manually. The drilling machine should not be started while being debugged.
（2）禁止用手握住工件进行钻孔，应该把工件紧固在虎钳中或用压板固定在工作台上。
It is forbidden to hold the work-piece by hand to drill holes. The work-piece must be fixed tightly in jaw vice or fixed it on the worktable with press plate.
（3）孔将穿透时应十分小心，不可用力过猛。
Be careful and not overexert while drilling through the hole.
（4）钻孔时如发现中心不对，不能用强拉钻台的方法来校正。钻孔时严禁戴手套操作。
If the center is discovered not correct in the drilling process, it is not allowed to correct it by hauling forcefully the drill floor. It is forbidden to wear gloves while drilling holes.
