砂轮机安全操作规程
The Safety Operation Regulations for Rotary Sanders
1、砂轮必须装好砂轮罩，托架距砂轮不得超过5mm。
The grinding wheel must be fixed in the grinding wheel cover, and the gap between the bracket and the grinding wheel should not exceed 5mm.
2、使用者要戴防护镜，不得正对砂轮，而应站在侧面。
Operators must wear protective glasses, and stand aside to avoid facing the grinding wheel directly.
3、砂轮只限于磨刀具、不得磨笨重的物料或薄铁板以及软质材料(铝、铜等)和木质品。
The machine is restricted to sharpen cutting-tools, no other bulky objects, iron sheets, soft materials (such as aluminum, copper and so on) and wooden articles be allowed to be machined on.
4、砂轮机起动后，需待砂轮运转平稳后，方可进行磨削。磨削时压力不可过大或用力过猛，砂轮的三面(两侧及圆周)不得同时磨削工件。
Don’t begin the grinding operation immediately after the machine starts; wait till it runs smoothly. Don’t press the grinded articles on the wheel excessively or violently. The three surfaces of the wheel (two sides and circumference) should not be used in grinding simultaneously.
5、新砂轮片在更换前应检查是否有裂纹，更换后需经10分钟空转后方可使用。在使用过程中要经常检查砂轮片是否有裂纹、异常声音、摇摆、跳动等现象，如果发现应立即停车报告。
To replace a grinding wheel, the new one must be inspected for any flaws before installed. The new installed grinding wheel must go through 10 minutes idle revolution before grinding. While grinding, the wheel piece should be inspected regularly for any cracks, unusual sound, swing, beats and others. If discovering anything, stop the machine immediately and tell teachers.
6、使用后必须拉闸，要保持卫生。
After the work, remember to shut off the brake and remain neatness.
