车床安全操作规程
The Safety Operation Regulations for Lathes
1、车床开车前，必须按照安全操作的要求，正确穿戴好劳动防护用品，认真检查机床各部位和防护装置是否完好。
Before starting the lathe, wear protective clothes properly, check each part of the lathe and its safeguards carefully according to rules of safety operation.
2、实习学生必须熟悉车床性能，掌握操作手柄的功用，否则不得动用车床。
Students-in-training should not operate lathes unless they understand the performance of lathes and the usage of the operating handles.
3、车床启动前，要检查手柄位置是否正常，手动操作各移动部件有无碰撞或不正常现象，润滑部位要加润滑油。
Before starting the lathe, make sure handles are in normal positions, move each movable part manually to see if there is any conflict or abnormal, and to fill lubricant.
4、工件、刀具和夹具都必须装夹牢固才能切削。
Don’t cut unless the work-piece, cutting-tool and holding device have been fixed tightly.
5、卡盘上的扳手在夹紧工件后不要忘记取下，以免开车时飞出伤人。小拖板和转盘平面上下面应对齐，不要往前摇出太长，往后摇出太多，以免撞坏拖板。
Don’t forget to take away the wrench after clamping the work-piece, lest it flies out to hurt people while the lathe is running. Small trailing bar should align with the top and bottom faces of revolving tray. Don’t swing out too long forwards or backwards lest colliding trailing bar.
6、车床主轴变速、装夹工件、测量工件、清除切屑或离开车床等都必须停车。
Be sure to stop the lathe while shifting main-shaft speed, clamping work-piece, measuring work-piece, cleaning out scraps or leaving lathe.
7、工件转动中，不准手摸工件，或用棉丝擦拭工件，不准用手去清除切屑，不准用手强行刹车。
While work-piece is running, don’t touch work-piece by hand or wipe it with wadding, don’t (either) clean away cutting scrap by hand, or force braking by hand.
8、切削时勿将头部靠近工件及刀具。人站立位置应偏离切屑飞出方向，以免切屑伤人。切屑应用钩子清除，禁止用手拉。
Operators’ heads should not be too close to work-piece and cutting-tool while cutting. Operators should stand in safe positions to avoid scraps flying-out. Scraps should be cleaned away with hooks, no pulling with hands.
9、工作场地保持整洁。刀具、工量具要分别放在规定地方。导轨面上禁止放任何物品。
Keep the workshop clean. Cutting-tools and measuring tools should be placed in specified place separately. No article is allowed on guide surface.
10、实习人员应在指定的车床上进行实习操作，不要任意开动其它车床及触动手柄，以免发生不应有的事故。如发现机床有故障，应立即停车，并及时报告实习指导教师。
To avoid unpredictable accidents, students-in-training should not operate lathes that are not assigned to, even touch handles. In case of malfunctioning of a lathe, stop the lathe immediately and tell teachers in time.
11、工作结束后，应切断机床电源，将刀具和工件从工作部位退出，清理好所使用的工、夹、量具，并作好机床的清洁工作。
To end work on a lathe, shut off its power, recede the cutting-tool and the work-piece from the work location; clean up the cutting tools, holding device, measuring tools and the lathe.
