数控机床安全操作规程
The Safe Operation Regulations for CNC machine tools
1、工作时穿好工作服、不允许戴手套操作机床。
Put on proper work clothes. Do not (use) wear gloves when operating the machine.
2、未经允许不得打开机床电器防护门，勿要对机内系统文件进行更改或删除。
Do not open the protection (gates) door of machine without permission. Do not change or delete the system documents of the machine.
3、注意不要在机床周围放置障碍物，工作空间应足够大。
(The work space should be large enough and clear of obstacles around the machine. )
4、某一项工作如需要俩人或多人共同完成时，应注意相互间的协调一致。
(If some work needs to be completed by two or more workers together, the workers should cooperate properly.)
If two or more workers are needed for a work, they should cooperate properly.
5、不允许采用压缩空气清洗机床、电气柜及NC单元。
Do not use compressed air to clean (the) machines, (the) electrical cabinets and (the) NC units.
6、未经指导老师同意不得私自开机。
Don’t (turn) start (the) machines up without the permission of instructing teachers.
7、请勿更改CNC系统参数或进行任何参数设定。
(Do not change parameters of the CNC system. Don’t set up any other parameters .)

l、认真检查润滑系统工作是否正常，如机床长时间未开动，可先采用手动方式向各部分供油润滑。
Check (to see if) whether the lubrication system is working properly. If the machine has not been used for a long time, you need to (lubrication) lubricate each part of the machine manually.
2、使用的刀具应与机床允许的规格相符，有严重破损的刀具要及时更换。
The cutting tools should fit the specifications (that the machine demands) of the machine. Those tools that are seriously damaged must be replaced.
(Don’t leave tools used to adjust the cutting tools inside the machine. )
Tools used to adjust the cutting tools should not be left inside the machine.
4、刀具安装好后应进行一、二次试切削。
The cutting tools should be tested with one or two (test) trial cuts after they are (installed) mounted.
5、加工前要认真检查机床是否符合要求，认真检查刀具是否锁紧及工件固定是否牢靠。要空运行核对程序并检查刀具设定是否正确。
(Check the machine to determine whether it meets the requirements. Check the work pieces to ensure they are fixed securely before the machine tools are turned on. Make sure the procedures and the setup of the cutting tools are correct by machining without a work piece.)

6、机床开动前，必须关好机床防护门。
The protection (gates) door of the machine must be closed before the machine is start on.
l、不能接触旋转中的主轴或刀具；测量工件、清理机器或设备时，请先将机器停止运转。
Don’t touch the running spindle or the cutting tool. (If you want to) To measure the work piece or clean up the machine, you must first shut the machine down.
2、机床运转中，操作者不得离开岗位，机床发现异常现象立即停车。
Operators are not allowed to leave (during the machine’s operation) while machines are running. The machine must be stopped immediately if it malfunctions.
3、加工中发生问题时，请按重置键“RESET”使系统复位。紧急时可按紧急停止按钮来停止机床，但在恢复正常后，务必使各轴再复归机械原点。
(Press “RESET” to reset the machine if emergency happens during the machining. If necessary, the emergency button can be used to turn the machine off. When the machine recovers, every ax must be returned to their mechanical zero points.)

4、手动换刀时应注意刀具不要撞到工件、夹具。加工中心刀塔装设刀具时应注意刀具是否互相干涉。
To change tools manually, be careful not to hitting the work piece or the jig. To set up tools on the turret in the machine center, pay attention to avoid tools from interfering with each other.
四、工作完成后的注意事项After operation guidelines
l、清除切屑、擦拭机床，使机床与环境保持清洁状态。
Clean up scraps; keep the machine and environment clean.
2、检查润滑油、冷却液的状态，及时添加或更换。
Inspect the condition of the lubricant and coolant, charge or replace them (in) if needed.
3、依次关掉机床操作面板上的电源和总电源。
Turn off the power supply on the operation board and then the main power supply of the machine in sequence.
