铣床安全操作规程
The Safe Operation Regulations for Milling Machines
1、铣床机构比较复杂，操作前必须熟悉铣床性能及调整方法，做好一切准备工作，方可开车。
(The milling machine is quite complex.) Due to the complexity of the milling machine, operators must be familiar with its performance and the adjustment method, complete all preparatory work (, and then operate it) before start it up.
2、铣床运转时不得调整铣削速度，不得装拆零件，如需调整铣削速度，应停车后再进行。
While the milling machine is running, you must not adjust the milling speed nor load (or unload) the components. Milling speed can be changed only when the machine is stopped.
3、注意铣刀转向及工作台运动方向，一般只准使用逆铣法。
Pay attention to the turning direction of the milling cutter and the heading direction of the work table. Counter mill only usually.
4、严格遵守操作规程，不得随意变动切削用量。
Students should strictly abide by the operation rules (of the operation), and should not change the cutting constants at will.
5、铣削齿轮，用分度头分齿时，必须等铣刀完全离开工件后方能转动分度头手柄。
(When a gear is machined with an index head milling tooth, you can rotate the index head handle only after the milling cutter is separated from the work piece completely.)
While cutting tooth of a gear with an index head, do not rotate the index head until the milling cutter is separated from the work piece completely.
6、铣削时，不得按快速按钮或扳动快速手柄。禁止用手触摸刀刃和加工部位。
While milling, do not press the fast handle and the fast button; do not touch the blade and the machining parts.
7、开快速时，必须使手轮与转轴脱开，防止手轮转动伤人。
Keep the hand wheel and rotating shaft separated to avoid injury while milling (machine operation) at high speed.
8、发现机床有故障，应立即停车并及时报告实习指导教师。工作完毕应做好清理工作，并关闭电源。
If you find malfunction with the machine, turn it off immediately and tell your teacher. Turn off the power supply and clean up after your work is finished.
